Frequently Asked Questions 

How accurate is your sizing? 

Each of my items are sized a bit differently. For the most accurate sizing, please visit each items page and read through the description.

What is the best way to wash/clean my crocheted/knitted items? 

It is recommend that all of my products be spot cleaned or hand washed and lay flat to dry. The faux-fur pompoms can be removed, and fluffed up by using a blow dryer on a low heat setting. I, the maker, am not responsible for any damage from your washing method as this is out of my control. 

How long does it take for my order to ship? 

My ship time is typically 1-3 business days for personal orders, and 2-4 weeks for wholesale orders.

Does my shipped order include tracking? 

All parcels are shipped via Canada Post and come with a tracking number. You will receive this information with your shipping notification email. Should there be a Canada Post interruption, an alternate shipping method will be used and it will be clearly stated on my website, as well as my social media pages.

Returns/Exchanges 

I do not currently offer any returns or exchanges. Every item shipped out is carefully inspected. Please ensure that you order the correct size by checking the size charts listed on each product page. 

Order Cancelation

If you wish to cancel your order, please make sure to do so as quickly as possible. Once I have a) started making your custom item(s) or b) shipped your order, I am no longer able to cancel it.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me before leaving feedback. I would love to be given a chance to make it right. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

All pieces are handmade so no two items are identical. Please allow for slight variances from the photos taken and the nature of the yarn. I try my best to make sure that my product is represented as accurately as possible through product descriptions and photos, but this could vary from the photos taken. 

Are your items handmade? 

Yes, all of my products are handmade by me in my clean and smoke free home.
